Coupe du Grand Jorat (september)
Orienteering is a fun sport which brings you close to nature. You can run on your own or as a family.
You are given a map and have to find a specific number of red and white markers in the forest in a precise sequence. The time you take to bring back proof that you have passed each marker is what counts. Depending on the route you choose - easy or difficult, short or long - it will take you about 30 to 120 minutes to pass through the forest, often away from marked paths. You are advised to wear long trousers and sport shoes with a good profile.
