The Association pour la Reconversion des Danseurs Professionnels (RDP) supports professional dancers from French-speaking Switzerland in the development of their careers and their caerer transition. To this end, the RDP has developed services for each moment of a dancer’s professional life: introductory course on professional life; individual advisory meetings, workshops on conversion, individuals accompaniments, awards study grants to dancers involved in a career transition phase. Parallel to this, the Association works on creating awareness on the trials of career; as well as developing connections both nationally and internationally.
