5 amphitheatres (including one with 400 seats) and 8 small rooms able to accommodate about 20 seats, all very close together, making it possible to host conferences and workshops. All facilities are equipped to highest standards allowing speakers to display documents (text, video, multimedia) in optimum conditions: internet access, videoconferencing facility (IP and ISDN), interactive voting system making it possible to process responses of participants immediately, multipoint video transmission – including links to operating theatres.
Reserved for exhibitors and strategically positioned in the middle of the convention space, a 500 m2 area on two floors, provides a forum for convention-participants to get together.
Centralised management makes it possible to coordinate technical assistance by a team of operators as well as the organisation of signage, floral decoration and catering.
