Carl Fredrik Reuterswärd – Non-Violence

This revolver with its knotted barrel is one of the most iconic works in the world today. Created in 1980 by the Swedish artist shortly after the assassination of John Lennon, the original stands in front of the entrance to the United Nations building in New York. It symbolises the "Non-Violence" project, which seeks to find alternatives to juvenile violence. This replica is a gift from the Sports Movement of Sweden.
